General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of GAME ON GmbH

1. Subject of the contract

GAME ON GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “GAME ON” or “we”) offers via the website www.game-on-event.de the option to book team events. These General Terms and Conditions regulate the business relationship between GAME ON and the customer with regard to the booking and implementation of team events.

2. Booking and conclusion of contract

2.1. Team events can only be booked via the GAME ON website. The customer submits a binding booking request by filling out and submitting the booking form on the website.

2.2. The contract between the customer and GAME ON is only concluded when GAME ON confirms the booking request in writing or by email.

3. Prices and payment terms

3.1. The prices for the team events are stated on the GAME ON website and include VAT.

3.2. The payment options mentioned under the “Payment” overview are available for payment.

4. Implementation of the event

4.1. The event will take place as stated in the booking confirmation. However, GAME ON reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event for important reasons (e.g. force majeure, technical problems). In such a case, GAME ON will notify the customer immediately and offer alternative dates.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the GAME ON event. The credit that is then released again in the form of a voucher at GAME ON is subject to the statutory limitation period and can be used to book a new appointment within this period. There will be no payout. If you cancel less than 47 hours and 59 minutes before the booked GAME ON event, there will be no refund. If a cancellation occurs, please contact us in advance here . The time of receipt of the email is decisive for the cancellation.

6. Liability and compensation

6.1. GAME ON is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Any liability for damage caused by slight negligence, in particular property damage and financial loss, is excluded.

7. Data protection

7.1. GAME ON's privacy policy is available on the website and governs the collection, processing and use of personal data.

8. Final provisions

8.1. Individual contractual agreements take precedence over these General Terms and Conditions. Differing, conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions will not become part of the contract unless their validity is expressly agreed to.
