Procedure

GAME ON is the ultimate team event in the middle of Düsseldorf. We have teams compete against each other in exciting duels in the areas of knowledge, skill and sport. There is an individual room for each of these subject areas and three games are played in each room. You get points for every game. The team that scores the most points across all three categories takes home the overall victory! During GAME ON you are always private only in your group and alone in the respective rooms. The whole thing is led by our game leaders. We offer a wide range of games that we put together optimally for you and your team. No matter whether it is a company event, a time spent together with friends, family, a club or a bachelorette party - with us the fun factor is guaranteed and unforgettable moments are inevitable! We have recently also developed games for groups of children and students. Please always make an inquiry first.

Since our experience lives from our game leaders, we of course have to divide and organize everything specifically. Therefore, certain deadlines must be adhered to for bookings (direct booking online up to 24 hours in advance - otherwise please request) so that we can offer you and all other groups the best possible experience.

Our events can always be booked directly via our website with a lead time of 24 hours. If you would like to book spontaneously, please contact us here and we will do our best to fulfill your desired date. For bookings with a lead time of less than 48 hours, we reserve the right to refund the booking if we cannot spontaneously find a moderator for the event. Please make sure that you are there on time and please plan 2.5 hours for your GAME ON including welcome, instructions and award ceremony. If you have to leave early, that's no problem and we can skip a few games.

Group size : Maximum of 24 people per room. This means we can distribute a maximum of 72 people to our 3 rooms at the same time. A maximum of 24 people can be booked per timeslot. For example, if you would like to book 72 people, please book the same period 3 times. If you have any questions about large groups, just contact us here .

Subsequent booking/spontaneous participants : We always allow up to a group size of 24 people - even on site. The price for subsequent bookings is the same as the price for the rest of the group. If you are more than 24 people, please contact us here .

Cancellation : Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the GAME ON event. The credit that is then released again in the form of a voucher at GAME ON is subject to the statutory limitation period and can be used to book a new appointment within this period. There will be no payout. If you cancel less than 47 hours and 59 minutes before the booked GAME ON event, there will be no refund. If a cancellation occurs, please contact us in advance here . The time of receipt of the email is decisive for the cancellation.
